In spring 2026, we will open our brand new store in Mora-Noret – a strategically important investment where we are building a modern and inspiring destination for plants, flowers, and garden products. We are now looking for a driven and creative Florist who wants to be part of the journey from the start and help build Blomsterlandet in Mora. You are a person who is motivated by customer interactions and enjoys working with sales, and you have a strong interest in plants that you are eager to share. Does this sound interesting? With personal responsibility and initiative, you will work in all departments, but primarily in the cut flower section, focusing on your business drive and developing your department. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that your department is always well-stocked and meets customer expectations.

About the role

• Department manager for the cut flower section

• Ordering manager for your department

• Responsible for sales planning

• Receiving goods, product display & restocking

You have an analytical mind and a good understanding of sales tracking and ordering statistics.

Your experiences and competencies

• Trained florist

• Several years of experience in the role of florist

• Organized and structured

• Familiar with KPI tracking

• Experience in creating wedding & funeral arrangements is a plus.
